I had a very pleasant stay at Rick and Sue's home. I felt like at home. The location was very convenient. Super nice host, great amenities, comfortable bed. I highly recommend it! Next time I visit Wilmington I will book a stay if available. Thank you so much!

The home & property were beautiful & extremely clean. We appreciated the extra touches such as a bowl of snacks left for us. Communication with the owner was great. We enjoyed taking a peaceful morning walk on the property & then relaxing on the great patio. Owner left us a list of places to visit in the surrounding area. We definitely would stay again when we are in the area.

I had a lovely stay here! Amparo and Albert are gracious, caring, welcoming hosts. The room was precisely as described: comfortable, tranquil, and well-equipped with everything I needed, with really nice choices of furniture and decor. The house and bathroom were also clean and beautiful. I felt very safe and well taken care of the whole time. I also appreciated being able to speak Spanish with Amparo and Albert! Thank you both for sharing your beautiful space with me, I’d love to return in the future!

Some friends and I stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The house is a very special place, with both beautiful historic details and modern conveniences. We had a great time grilling on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub. The lake and property is very peaceful and a good place for bird watching. One day we took a beautiful spring walk around the lake at Parvin state park which is a short drive away. The kitchen was probably the best stocked of any rental we’ve stayed, with every tool you could possibly need! The rooms were spacious and bright, and every bed was very comfortable, including the pull out couch in the super cozy lower level. The 7 of us had a great time and would very happily return again! Ernesto was an excellent host and very quickly responded with any questions that popped up. Thanks to him & Alan for a wonderful stay!
