Sweet apartment near downtown Woodstock

A newly renovated sweet apartment. This is located on the first floor of our house with a completely separate unit and entrance. We do live upstairs. There are granite countertops and the kitchen is equipped for guests to create special meals during their stay. New floors are accenting this warm space. There is one queen bed in a separate bedroom, and a futon couch in the living room. You will probably hear noise from upstairs. The furnace and water pump are in the bathroom and can be noisy.

A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards.
