Holiday houses in Woodstock

we had a very nice stay at adam and nicole’s place! the home was beautiful and the view unmatched. there was plenty of space for 7 of us.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Beautiful property, loved the sauna and ability to snowshoe right out the door. Quaint and nicely decorated. Plenty of privacy, room for guests including extra parking. Had nearly 12 inches of snow while there, quite the winter wonderland. Quickly plowed, shoveled and sanded when needed. Oversized windows and unique architecture made it all extra special. Will definitely return. Perfect for any season.

The Loft was even better than pictured! A gorgeous view, very comfortable beds, cozy space and a beautiful expanse to explore. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and the living space was so cozy - we felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay! Even the spring snow couldn’t dampen our visit. It’s such a comfortable and cozy home. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This is truly a special place. We came to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday, as he loves farms. There are two beautiful horses stabled on this property—we could see them from the porch! There is also a chicken coop, and two very friendly pups (that my son loved playing with). The land at Ogden’s Mill Farm is private and expansive, the cabin is welcoming and cozy, and the hosts are communicative and very kind. They supplied everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of firewood, as we used the fireplace every night that we were there. We took a walk down to the babbling brook, heard the rain falling softly on the tin roof, took a cold plunge in the pond, explored the old cider mill, and star gazed—all right there on the property. From start to finish, the visit was perfect and we felt at peace. I know for certain that my son will always remember his first trip to Vermont! I hope we return to this magical place someday.

Magical is an understatement. From the walk up to the cabin, the quiet in the forest, the cozy bed area & the wood burning stove … we had an amazing weekend. What a great reset before the typical week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even the rain made it so peaceful to nap in. Thank you again !!!

We loved having the rec room on the ground floor and enjoyed playing darts and pool table. They have had a long hard winter with lots of snow and I would advise all wheel drive in the winter for the dirt road for the last mile. It was a perfect size - SO much nicer than staying in a hotel room.

We had a fantastic stay at the Black Haus cabin. It was so peaceful, and the skies at night were amazing. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and be comfortable. We listened to lots of music and played games by the fireplace, it was really nice to spend a few days without a TV. We visited Texas Falls (highly recommended!) and drove down scenic highway 125 to Middlebury. Since we were there off-season, some of the restaurants in town were closed, so we ventured over to nearby Randolph and ate at The Forge, a newer place that was very good. We would definitely stay again, and recommend to others! Thanks for a great stay!

Tina and Mike were nice, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place and our dog had a great time playing outside as well. We took a lot of beautiful pictures. It is a great location and very peaceful. Tina recommended a Turkish restaurant. They had really good food and coffee.
