A great place to stay which ticked all our boxes. Good parking , peaceful area , good size rooms , lovely garden. A short drive to Cleethorpes, going through lovely villages to get there. Deborah was great with answering my questions . Definitely will return

We had a perfect stay at Steve’s annexe. It was beautifully furnished with lots of lovely homely touches. The location was very peaceful and the house was spotless. The welcome basket was very thoughtful too. Would definitely return when we’re in this area again.

Great place to stay and everything was perfect. Would totally recommend this house. We stayed there with two families with children and dogs for a weekend and it’s just perfect for us. The host was so friendly and responsive Thank you for making it an enjoyable stay for us.We would happily book again.

Excellent location with outdoor space, on-site parking and a great location. The accommodation was first-rate and spotlessly clean. It has a well-equipped kitchen and good comfy beds. I would find it hard to add any negative comments on the place, as there aren’t any. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Lincoln for two people or four this is it.

This is a great location if you want somewhere close to Grimsby but don't want to stay in Grimsby. Helen was great as she gave us very clear directions as to how to find the place and was then there to meet us on arrival, showed us around the house and how everything worked. The house has been finished to a very standard. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will book it again if we are back in Grimsby on business.

This was our third time staying at this wonderful holiday home! Our kids love it and it is the perfect location for a quieter place to stay yet still be in easy reach of all the fun attractions such as Skegness! It was immaculately clean and super cosy and comfy! We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cottage. The place looks even better than the pictures and is in a great location. Everything was clean and tidy, including the hot tub. Sam was a very helpful and responsive host. We took advantage of the in house massage treatments that were offered which were fantastic. Both Sam and Elian were very professional and did a great job. It would however have been useful to have a few extra towels and simple amenities such as sugar/kitchen towels/milk. However there were other things available such as tea bags and coffee. Also, in case of larger groups staying it's good to be aware that though there are 3 bathrooms there is only 1 shower. Overall we had a lovely weekend and would definitely book again!

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Peta’s lovely flat was a perfect place to stay for our family wedding at Aswarby Rectory. Peta was quick to respond to our messages, offering good advice on places to eat and taxis etc. The flat was warm, clean and well equipped, we enjoyed sitting chatting in the beautiful lounge. We didn’t stay long enough to make use of the lovely garden. There’s plenty of space to park two cars. Just across the road is Tablez bistro, thoroughly recommend their breakfasts. Many thanks Peta.

A very nice flat in a quiet location. Clean, fresh and well equipped. Everything worked as expected. The internet was very stable and fast enough for my easy tasks such as reading documents and messaging. Would definitively stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

A lovely little place with lovely hosts. The place is decorated really nicely, very clean, the whole site was lovely and the little enclosed garden was so nice to sit in when the sun was shining. Owners dogs can be a bit barky at times, which if you're in the annex attached to their house, is quite loud, but we're dog people so it didn't hugely bother us and didn't last too long. We'd definitely stay again!

I highly recommend staying at Anna’s place. Everything was clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed were provided. Anna was very helpful in providing instructions with check in and information about where we could park. The breakfast products were also a lovely personal touch.

Absolutely best place to stay for long period. The house is complete with wifi, tv, kitchen appliances & utensils. House is very clean. The host also very nice, friendly & proactive from time to time to communicate.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Wonderful apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable bed. Lovely extra touches to make you feel welcome such as milk in fridge, croissants, bubbly. Super responsive host.

Christina was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay very pleasant. She gave some excellent local recommendations and was very helpful when we asked. Nothing was too much trouble, great host. Even provided us free eggs from her hens.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

We had a wonderful time in Rebecca's place. It looks better than the photos to be honest. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with lovely linens and towels. The decor is great and it is very peaceful with its own outside patio and plenty of parking. Woodhall Spa was a delightful find and far more vibrant than expected. I would definitely stay in Rebecca's place again next time we come to visit family in the area.

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.

We stayed at this house as an opportunity to meet up with friends at short notice. The host was extremely helpful from the moment we booked, super responsive, answering all of my questions, provided good recommendations for food and drink locally and the house was clean and well presented. It was the perfect place to have a catch up with friends, super chilled, ample parking and a 10 minute walk into the town. Would highly recommend. Thank you 😊
