Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Die 2-Zimmer Parterrewohnung, 50qm, ist neu renoviert und möbliert. Das Wohnzimmer mit Laminatboden verfügt über eine große Couch, die als Bett für 2 Personen verwandelt werden kann. Kabel TV und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Im offenen Wohnkonzept ist Einbauküche integriert: Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und Kaffeeautomat. Im separaten Schlafzimmer mit Laminatboden ist ein Doppelbett 2x90x200. Das moderne Tageslichtbad hat eine geräumige Dusche.

Das Haus ist über 500 Jahre alt, wurde 1994 komplette neu renoviert nachhaltig und mit stilgerechten Materialen doch auch modern. Es ist eine geschlossene Hof umgeben mit alten Steinmauern und vielen pflanzen, super für Kinder und Tiere. Cozy family friendly house

The place is situated in a suburban-to-rural setting, not much traffic. Nearby there is a small amusement park »Lochmühle«, the Hessenpark (an open air museum) and the Opel Zoo They're all about half an hour away (by car). The house is fit for two adults and two children (up to around 14 and around 18, respectively). Four adults just don't fit, sorry. But then: we have free Wi-Fi and a coffee- and a tea-flatrate ;)

Dein Zuhause im Hochtaunus mit traumhaftem Schlossblick in Usingen/Kransberg. Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus wurde 1962 ursprünglich als Wochenendhaus für eine Frankfurter Familie gebaut und wurde in den letzten drei Jahren komplett renoviert und umgewandelt. Es ist modern, praktisch, effizient aber auch sehr gemütlich geworden und bietet eine Wohlfülloase von ca.150m² auf 2 Etagen.
