Entdecken Sie die Region Südharz mit vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen sowie Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Fussläufig erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet Hainholz-Beierstein. Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Haustiere bis zu einer Schulterhöhe von 35 cm sind erlaubt.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished kitchen-living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms offers plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable work possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

The apartment on the first floor, which is suitable for 1-4 people and has a total size of approx. 100 square meters, is located in a former farmhouse, which was built in the 18th century. The house is located in the middle of a large garden, in the village center and is quietly located. In the past, each farm had at least one fireplace, which you will find in the form of a fireplace in the living room.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Das 42 qm (2 Zimmer) große Apartment "Chalet Emma 2" in Sankt Andreasberg wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Jahr 2021/2022 vollständig kernsaniert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Das Apartment zeichnet insbesondere eine moderne Ausstattung im gemütlichen Chaletstil sowie den herrlichen Blick auf den Matthias Schmidt Berg aus.
