Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

Es verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit Sauna und Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Die nächstgelegene Skipiste ist nur 700 m entfernt. Das Skigebiet Klippitztörl ist ein Familienskigebiet mit ca. 20 km Skipisten, die man sich nur mit wenigen Skifahrern teilen muss. Viele gemütliche Skihütten laden zu einer Pause ein. Gratis WLAN.

Die Skipiste ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und man kann direkt von der Hütte Wanderungen starten. Die Almresi Hütte lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden vorm Karmin ein sowie zu schönen Sonnenstunden in den Hängematten. Im Sommer gibt es außerdem die Sommerrodelbahn in direkter Nähe. ACHTUNG für Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann eine extra Gebühr anfallen!!
