Unser Ferienhaus Murmeltier liegt auf 1520 m Höhe mit einem herrlichen Weitblick nach Süden mitten im Wander- und Skiparadies Klippitztörl. Es verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit Sauna und Platz für bis zu 8 Personen (6 Erw. und 2 Kinder). Die nächstgelegene Skipiste ist nur 700 m entfernt. Das Skigebiet Klippitztörl ist ein Familienskigebiet mit ca. 20 km Skipisten, die man sich nur mit wenigen Skifahrern teilen muss. Viele gemütliche Skihütten laden zu einer Pause ein. Gratis WLAN.

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Unser Chalet liegt direkt neben der Schipiste und kann problemlos mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Von der Terrasse hat man den besten Blick auf das Lavantal und den Geierkogel. Lage: Die Piste ist ca. 80 Meter entfernt und kann bei genügend Schnee mit den Skiern befahren werden. Ausstattung: Schlafmöglichkeit für 4.
