The house offers 2 separate apartments. Your accommodation is on the entire ground floor of the house and offers about 80 m² of space for up to 4 people (up to 6 people on request). The accommodation has two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a small balcony, and a modern bathroom with a toilet. There is also a charming, rustic bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day in the forest. In front of the house, there are free parking spaces. There is also a private, fenced garden with seating where you can relax outdoors. You can enjoy a glass of wine while looking out at the landscape, as the setting sun turns everything into a warm, golden light. If you need extra space, we can also offer a cellar room for storing bicycles, ski equipment, or other things. My partner and I live on the upper floor, so the entire ground floor is exclusively for the guests. However, we are available to assist if guests need anything during their stay. Other important information: The property, which is about 15,000 m², is mostly covered by forest, perfect for relaxing and exploring. In the meadows to the south and west, cows graze regularly. During some seasons, you can also see horses on the neighboring property. This natural setting creates a peaceful atmosphere and is perfect for anyone who loves the beauty of rural landscapes. The small village of Preitenegg is located at just over 1,000 meters above sea level in the Carinthian Alps, near the border with Styria. It is a peaceful and relaxing place. The village has a supermarket, a bank, and a cozy inn, so you can find everything you need for daily life close by. In spring, summer, and autumn, the region is great for hiking. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing on the nearby Hebalm (about 10 minutes by car) or ski in nearby ski resorts, like the Klippitztörl ski area (about 30 minutes by car). For a refreshing swim, you can visit the Packer Stausee (15 minutes by car) or the Hebalmsee (10 minutes by car). The Wörthersee is also about an hour away by car. Additionally, the Red Bull Ring and the AirPower site, both about 50 minutes by car, are nearby and offer exciting activities. The Red Bull Ring is famous for Formula 1 races and other motorsport events. The cities of Graz and Klagenfurt are each about an hour away by car.

Above the clouds

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. Lovingly designed old building apartment near the lake

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

Klippitztörl - near the slopes with sauna

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. In winter or in the summer months, there is always something to experience. Winter: There are 12 downhill runs at Klippitztörl, as well as routes for ski tours or snowshoe hikes. With a little momentum and strength, you can reach the slopes directly from the property. Summer: There are well-marked hiking trails. An adventure summer toboggan run, a climbing rock and climbing park. Food: There are several restaurants nearby

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
