Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Above the clouds

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. Chalet "Magical cottage" is picture perfect and so cosy you will never want to leave! Situated in a beautiful forest village next to a mountain stream, Chalet "Magical cottage" provides the ideal family break or romantic getaway and has frequently been used by family and friends! Adjacent to the ski resort "Klippitztörl", the Chalet sleeps four guests in two delightful bedrooms and offers a finnish sauna, smart TV and WiFi, combined with a beautiful alpine panoramic view.

Webertoni Hut

WITH HEART AND SOUL. The Webertonihütte is a detached alpine hut at 1320 m above sea level, which stands with a lot of love for detail at the foot of the Lavanttaler Saualpe, near the Klippitztörl. So nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or families can take undisturbed relaxing vacations and are completely among themselves. You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.

Cottage 35 m² + 20 m² terrace with 1600 m² plot

Lots of reason and meadow and a nice place to feel comfortable. Nestled in a quiet location of 1600m2 is the new cottage. In the immediate vicinity is a bike path, a running track, a bike path, the mountains and much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 min away. Shopping is also nearby. There is the possibility to set up a folding bed for 1 child.

A spacious bathroom refreshes the senses while the view over the vineyards, our lavender labyrinth and the forest wanders.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
