Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Welcome to our lovingly restored Cider House – once part of a traditional cider-making farm, now a cozy hideaway full of charm and character. Sustainably renovated with wood, clay, and natural materials, it blends rustic warmth with modern comfort. Unwind in the open-plan kitchen with wood-burning stove, sleep under the stars through a skylight, and soak in the views from the spacious balcony. Enjoy the outdoor sauna and a private fitness room – perfect for a peaceful escape.

Living like in the old days – with a little more luxury. We have lovingly renovated our old farmhouse and offer a very special stay at 800 m above sea level with the Künstlerstubn. The apartment is surrounded by nature, directly adjacent to our horse farm, surrounded by breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. An ideal place for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet and a conscious time out. The accommodation including garden is available for exclusive use!

Villa Rose - Living in the countryside

Fully equipped apartment (105 m²) with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large salon, conservatory, terrace and garden seating. Property in a quiet, park-like ambience with old trees. Private parking. Good bus and train connections! Beach only 12 minutes walk away, hiking and biking trails around Lake Wörthersee, many excursions as well as attractions (Minimundus, etc.) nearby, 7 km from the center of Klagenfurt and 3 km from the Alpen-Adria-Universität.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Cottage 35 m² + 20 m² terrace with 1600 m² plot

Lots of reason and meadow and a nice place to feel comfortable. Nestled in a quiet location of 1600m2 is the new cottage. In the immediate vicinity is a bike path, a running track, a bike path, the mountains and much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 min away. Shopping is also nearby. There is the possibility to set up a folding bed for 1 child.

Enjoy a unique vacation at 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, wellness and luxury. The alpine village offers chalets, private campsites and services focused on health, relaxation and gastronomy. Accommodation: Haus AlpenSpa: A charming wooden house from 1897 that has been renovated with modern luxury. It features a spa, sauna, oak wine barrel bath, infinity terrace and fully equipped kitchen.
