Cottage 35 m² + 20 m² terrace with 1600 m² plot

Viel Grund und Wiese und eine nette Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen. In einer ruhigen Lage eingebettet von 1600m2 befindet sich das neue Ferienhaus. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist ein Radweg, eine Laufstrecke, ein Fahrradweg, die Berge und vieles vieles mehr. Es gibt in der Nähe ein Stadionbad zum schwimmen und im Winter ist das Skigebiet Koralpe nur 15 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Klappbett aufzustellen für 1 Kind.

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. Sustainably renovated with wood, clay, and natural materials, it blends rustic warmth with modern comfort. Unwind in the open-plan kitchen with wood-burning stove, sleep under the stars through a skylight, and soak in the views from the spacious balcony. Enjoy the outdoor sauna and a private fitness room – perfect for a peaceful escape.

Vacation home in the countryside at 1100 m above sea level

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Situated in a beautiful forest village next to a mountain stream, Chalet "Magical cottage" provides the ideal family break or romantic getaway and has frequently been used by family and friends! Adjacent to the ski resort "Klippitztörl", the Chalet sleeps four guests in two delightful bedrooms and offers a finnish sauna, smart TV and WiFi, combined with a beautiful alpine panoramic view.

WITH HEART AND SOUL. The Webertonihütte is a detached alpine hut at 1320 m above sea level, which stands with a lot of love for detail at the foot of the Lavanttaler Saualpe, near the Klippitztörl. So nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or families can take undisturbed relaxing vacations and are completely among themselves. You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.

The surroundings and tranquility invite you to relax and unwind.

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
