The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A table tennis table, a kicker and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. We rent a modern, bright, 60 m2 apartment in an idyllic outskirts location. The kitchen is fully equipped and for the morning coffee the garden invites you with seating, which borders directly on the forest. Even from the large shower, you can sometimes observe a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between castle and cellar forest. The garden was landscaped by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful excursions to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You are also welcome to start tours with our bikes or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
