The property is as described and cozy. The apartment is centrally located in Koblenz and you can get to two train stops within 10 minutes. This is extremely convenient. The host is very friendly and easily accessible. Glad to come back.

Apartment that is good for a small family. Well thought out space even if in the 2 parents + 2 children configuration, the sofa bed being deployed there is no more armchair or coffee table. Would not recommend this property for 3 or 4 adults. Ideal base to discover this beautiful region (scenery/ransomed). Available and responsive host if you need anything!

Charming apartment, equipped with all the essentials. The apartment is bigger than the pictures show. Julia and her husband are very friendly and Julia is extremely responsive and caring towards her guests… The environment allows for many walks and cultural visits… I would definitely recommend it. 🥰

If you're 1-2 people and looking for a base to do some cycling along the Rhein and / or Mosel, Patricia's place is great. The cycling trail is only about 100m away and it's easy to follow that to Koblenz and beyond. I had a great stay and it was exactly what I was looking for.

We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at Janet's beautiful 500+ year old accommodation, for 9 nights. The space was so lovingly restored and we adored the history behind the building. Janet was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our stay and made sure we were very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home and we're very grateful for that. I brought along my 80 year old mum and she really liked the place and also felt comfortable. We're also pleased to have stayed in Boppard. It was the perfect mix of quiet, friendly with lots of amenities. And we didn't have a car, simply travelled by train, bus and boat around the Rhine. It was all in all a fabulous holiday!

We felt very comfortable at the place, it is nicely decorated and the location is great! The apartment is located in the historic center of St. Aldegund and you can hike directly.

Good amenities, quiet location, good communication, gladly again

We were 3 adults, for 1 night and I can highly recommend this apartment. We booked last minute, and a few hours later we were already able to enter. Didn't have much contact with the host, but his instructions were clear. Apartment is clean and well kept. Something that looked like damp spots in the bedroom. There is not much to do nearby. It is located in a “farming village” among the meadows. Vianden is a tourist town in Luxembourg and 10 minutes away by car. So you can go there if you want to eat something and not cook in the apartment.

Perfect stay! Nice and clean appartment. Very close to the city center (walking distance).

We warmly welcomed Bernd and his wife from the first moment and felt very comfortable. The apartment offers everything you need. Various shopping opportunities are a few minutes' drive away and the beautiful town of Meisenheim in the immediate vicinity invites you to stroll through the magical old town. All in all, an all-round beautiful and pleasant stay in Bernd's apartment where you felt like you almost belong to the "family" after a very short time. Our stay was perfect all around! The place was spotlessly clean and left nothing to be desired. Dagmar welcomed us warmly and explained everything in detail. Particularly helpful were the detailed directions and recommendations for restaurants in the area. The location was ideal, and we immediately felt comfortable. It was a very lovely stay. We went for the Christmas market, your in the middle of one. So you look outside your window to see all the lights from the market. It was very spacious and it had everything you need.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Udo's place. The place is very cozy and well maintained and Udo is a very pleasant host. He always had a good note for our day trips (the prepared folder with suggestions for things to do in the area was also nice). The breakfast surprised us positively, it was always very lovingly prepared and varied. In the evening you could switch off in the hot tub. A small highlight is, of course, the alpacas. We were allowed to accompany Udo several times during the feeding and also feed it ourselves. He told us a lot about his animals, which was very nice. Other than that, you could always watch them from the property. All in all: We felt very comfortable and would come back. :)

The communication before and during the stay was very fast and clear. The accommodation was tidy and clean, met the expectations. there were 3 towels for a week, but after a request, 3 extra were immediately brought (3 people). The apartment building was neat and very centrally located with a good parking facility. for people who are a little older, it would be nice if the beds were a little higher because of getting up. Hopefully the elevator will also be repaired soon. i would definitely come back !

We were there with 5 friends and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and quiet, the apartment very well maintained and the people very nice. We only noticed that the sauna is not included until later, but since we were only there for 2 nights, the time was not enough to try it out. So we can't say anything about that. We would mist definitely visit again.

A very nice stay, accommodation is tastefully decorated and extraordinarily clean. Garden is very nicely landscaped and well maintained, offers many possibilities to relax. Location is also great for taking great walks. Unfortunately, the only minus are the sounds of the busy street in the garden and the chicken coop smell with the window open as well as on the terrace.

Our short break was just perfect. Daniel and Linda went out of their way to make us beautiful. In every corner you can feel how much effort and love put them in. The contact was super friendly and straightforward. Daniel and Linda gave us great tips from food to excursions. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely come back again.

The place was easy to find, parking was provided. Nice contact with the host. The apartment was beautiful and designed with love for detail. No problem.
