The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The newly renovated half-timbered house with floor heating on the first floor and wall heating on the second floor invites you to spend cozy hours. Cook in the brand new kitchen and experience how the clay plaster throughout the house has a pleasant effect on the living environment. Use the 400 m² garden area for barbecuing, relaxing or sunbathing. By the way, the large swing on the old tree is very popular with the children. Starting in September, the 200 m² house will also have a new indoor sauna.
