The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen mountains are unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and the Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used all year round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to cosiness.

Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

In 2013, the 3 quietly located apartments and 2018 the Souterainwohnung (apartment 4) in the Rosenhof were opened and offer space for up to 15 people. Enjoy the sight and scent of our English roses in our garden. The apartments and the holiday home are located in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The Erfurt Cathedral, the Petersberg, the university and the clinic are also within walking distance. The nearest tram stop is less than a 2-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
