Hello! This house was buhlt 2015 in a traditional look but according to the latest standards and using only natural materials of highest quality (wood, stone, clay). A place - pleasant for the senses with a healthy indoor atmosphere. The upper apartment has a separate entrance and a view in the back yard and the ca. 780-year-old church. It has a cosy and minimalist touch.

Our vacation home, surrounded by a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a village of 20 inhabitants near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. The apartment offered here is just right for a large family or two families traveling together. It is lovingly decorated and has a nice large terrace. Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
