This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. The Hall is a three bedroom cottage, with two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the eaves of the old Medieval hall, the old ‘A’ frames are still visible. The Hall can sleep up to 9 people, all the bedrooms have there own style. The ground floor is open plan with kitchen dining room with log burner, leading onto a sitting room with TV and behind the stairs a snug/reading room with large fireplace and wood burning stove.
