We loved our weekend getaway at Mark and Wendy’s cabin! The views were beautiful! Also, Mark and Wendy had great communication with us throughout the entire experience.

We have been staying at Carisa's place for years and it's always an awesome experience. We love Galesville and the surrounding area. This year we were really excited to bring our 8 month old for the first time. Carisa provided a brand new pack and play, making it one less thing we had to bring. We felt super at home and can't wait to return!

Jane is simply the best. As a host, she is kind, responsive, helpful, and overly accommodating. The cabin is a gem! It offers privacy with serene, tranquil views. Such a simple, affordable, perfect escape to relax and unwind. The town nearby offers anything you should need. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back for a third! ❤️

We had a wonderful, relaxinf weekend ar Jeff and Emily’s Cabin. The cabin itself is cozy and clean. There are huge windows to allow you to look out at the beautiful nature surrounding their farm. We really enjoyed using the firepit and relaxing on the grounds - it is far from a major road and felt very private. The hosts were responsive and introducd themselves, but also made sure to give us privacy and space to relax. I hope we can come back and visit soon!

Fantastic hosts with fantastic little cabin. Absolutely loved my stay. Super cozy and warm during the coldest snap of the year! Would be even better in the summer with the beautiful location, outdoor amenities, and classic cabin on the lake!

I absolutely loved this cabin and am excited to come back. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. The grounds are beautiful and I loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds. A note to other travelers, you can hear the road from the property (including the lovely sounds of Amish carts), but it's not constant and the cabin is extremely private. I felt right at home.

This has to be one of my favourite AirBnBs I have stayed in across the USA and Europe. Jackie’s place was perfectly located, close to the lake and 2 minutes walk from Willy St for shops and restaurants. A very private setting in the backyard of their main house, with off road parking. Everything was beautiful, with high end furnishings, crockery, bedding etc., and an especially comfortable bed and sofa bed. And such a thoughtful welcome gift of local cheeses, crackers, chocolates, nuts, fruit and beer!Yes there are cheaper places in Madison, but this is perfect proof that you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. Thank you Jackie for making mine and my Mum’s stay in Madison so comfortable! We hope to be able to return one day!

Highly recommend this place. I have rented this a few times in the past and always very clean and stocked with all essential needs. Kerrie has always been very good to work with.

We loved our peaceful stay at Kari’s Airbnb. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the raptors, soaking in the hot tub, and making snores over the fire pit. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Cherie’s place! We were really looking forward to a nice quiet / private stay and it did not disappoint! We loved feeding the goats, taking the canoe out on the river, walking around in the woods, and of course chilling in the hot tub. Everything was very high quality, clean, and easy to use. We would def recommend this place and we will be coming back again in the future! 10/10!

Cozy cabin, with a skylight in the loft to Stargaze! Beautiful area out in nature, including a pond. Paula was very friendly & accommodating. She provided alot of little extras to use on the cabin. A nice place to stay to unplug & relax!

My son just graduated from UWEC and over the last few years Ive stayed at a few of Lauras rentals. Each time has been perfect. The house is always clean quiet and well kept.

This is my third time at the tiny home cabins but my first time at the opal lodge and it was, as always, extremely beautiful and peaceful! We will be planning in making this a reoccurring trip as we absolutely can’t get enough of it. They have a map for all the trails and a beautiful pond to relax by. They have everything you need for a successful fire! Absolutely love this place!

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing wilderness getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The surroundings were absolutely stunning. We saw deer, turkeys, squirrels, and a variety of beautiful birds. We also caught some bass out of the private pond on property. The cabin itself was a bit worn down, but it was the perfect amount of rustic we were hoping for. The fireplace was nice at night for the cozy vibes, and the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies. This is definitely a stay best suited for people who have experience camping. Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my girlfriend loved it, she kept wishing we could stay for longer, I fell in love with the place and the surrounding areas. We genuinely were looking for places to rent in the area cause of how much we fell in love with not only Mikhala’s place but the town of Hayward. It’s an amazing place to stay and relax and enjoy the time you have at peace. This place was perfect for me and my girlfriend as we have been finding life to be a bit too stressful as of late. This was a great reset and relaxing time for us. Thank you Mikhala.

What a gorgeous location and equally amazing home. Thanks to the hosts for graciously sharing such a pristine cabin in the woods for us to enjoy as we celebrated a big birthday milestone. If you fly fish or are just looking for peace in the wilderness, look nowhere else. We're already talking about coming back annually.

Peaceful retreat to get away! Very clean and fresh cabin. I highly recommend to anyone getting away from the hustle and bustle!

Cheryl‘s hidden hideaway was exactly what we needed for our stay in Westby to visit family! Spacious, comfortable and peaceful. The space is even larger than it appears in the photos! It was also incredibly and thoughtfully laid out, down to every little detail. Cheryl was a wonderful and warm communicator and we can’t wait to stay at the hidden hideaway again!

Slice is awesome. Jared was great, and was helpful with any of the questions or needs we had. Place was just described, private, secluded. Which is what we were looking for. Only complaint was that there were lots of mosquitoes and many ticks on the dog, but we’re not in the city, We’re in the woods so can’t really complain about that,,, we had a great time..

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Barbara’s cabin! It was MAGICAL! The property was completely private and peaceful. The most private and peaceful property we have ever visited. The fact that it is located in an area with many Amish neighbors means that there is a peace and quiet as well as harmony in the countryside. We would sit out for our morning coffee on the porch swing and listen to the passing of the horses and carriages. We sat outside all day long every day soaking in the peaceful serenity and the glorious old woods that surrounded us. The best of which was the stunning huge old Oak Tree that graces the front yard. In the morning we would hear the birdsong and the wind in the trees. At nighttime it would grow quiet and last night I heard a Whip-Poor-Will for the first time in my life! Amazing! We bought organic fruit and vegetables at the nearby Amish roadside stand, Busy Bees. The cabin was comfy, cozy& amazingly clean! The windows were spotless! A gem!
