The granny apartment has a parking space, which is right in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - Open living room with dining area, flat-screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed, - Daylight bathroom with bath and shower, - Private terrace with sun awning and terrace furniture. Our new 80 sqm apartment on the 1st floor offers a cozy living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine). Sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and Swedish stove invite you to linger. There are two cozy bedrooms: Number 1 with double bed (180 × 200), TV, reading corner and number 2 with 1x double bed (140 × 200) and single bed (90 × 200). Bathroom with toilet and shower. Storage room with washing machine and drying rack. Covered terrace with BBQ and dining area.

Relax on the wildlife farm

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. The university is 10 minutes away by car, the city centre 15 minutes and the festival hall 20 minutes. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is located directly next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. A large garden can be used by all guests.
