Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

Das Haus verfügt über insgesamt 3 große Doppelzimmer und 2 Einzelzimmer. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich ist großzügig gestaltet. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Badezimmer. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der große beheizte Indoorpool mit Gegenstromanlage, der das ganze Jahr über für Badespaß sorgt. *NEW* Sauna vorhanden! Die Außenanlage der Ferienwohnung ist idyllisch & ruhig.

In de omgeving van zuidlaren 8,1 km, om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Assen 18 km, Groningen 22 km (waar je heerlijk kan winkelen). Met gebruik van roeiboot en een kano. Ook kan er gebruik worden gemaakt van een BBQ. En Tegen vergoeding zijn er ook E-bikes/motorboot ter beschikking, met mooie fiets routes. Met leuke attractieparken in de buurt

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

Die Ferienwohnung hat durch seine Holzbauweise ein unübertreffliches Klima, darüber hinaus sind ausschließlich Antiallergiker Matratzen vorhanden. Die 25 qm-große Terrasse lädt zum langen Frühstücken ein. Selbst bei „Schietwetter“ ist dies kein Problem, da die Terrasse überdacht ist. Ein Grill steht bereit, außerdem ist eine Sauna eingebaut.

Esterwegen, as a recreational area in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike tours and relaxed walks to or around the memorial with the adjacent marshland adventure trail.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen angegeben, allerdings lässt sich die Couch im Wohnzimmer ausziehen sodass ohne Probleme noch ein oder zwei Kinder mitreisen können! April 2025: Wir haben eine nagelneue Küche für euch eingebaut! Mai 2026: Die Wohnung ist nun auch klimatisiert :)) Wir freuen uns, dein Gastgeber sein zu dürfen!

It can accommodate up to 3 adults. It is centrally located and quiet at the same time. An opaque garden invites you to relax. Large parking lot from the house. For a pet, there is a €20 fee.

We have newly created our guest apartment "Bude". Since it is of course not used daily by acquaintances and relatives, we would like to invite you to vacation here in beautiful Emsland. You can even bring your horses - we have our own horse meadow and/or charge your electric car with us - with electricity from our own production (100% ecological)!
