The location is ideal for numerous excursions. Start directly at the apartment on a well-signposted hike through the Ramsthal vineyard landscape or on the poetic forest hiking trail. Linger at the “terroir f”, one of the “magical places” of Franconian wine and a popular vantage point.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
