Beautiful over-sized private 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the lake. We are close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks to explore. Comfort was our number one focus when choosing furniture, and there is even a king sleep number mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, living area, desk/office space, washer, dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, cable TV with HBO, Netflix & Amazon. Light breakfast & snacks. Our kitchen has pots, pans, plates and silverware, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning wake up! We have our laundry machines in-house and yes, you can use them.

In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”.

Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. If you proceed to book use at your own risk.
