Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Winter Park

Had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The location is great and everything is closeby. The house is very well maintained and was cleaned before our visit. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

The place is perfectly placed for either shopping or visiting parks. Plus a lot of restaurants around. Room is clean, well equiped, and outside is plenty of parking space. Gabriel was helpful, his instructions were clear; making my stay a pleasant one.

We had an amazing stay at Fonti’s Airbnb! The location is perfect! The view from the balcony was ideal. The place was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed! The stores were super close and the resort was beautiful! Highly recommend! We stayed for a week and had no issues. Very clear communication when reaching out to Fonti! Would stay here again! My husband and I can't say enough about this Airbnb. It was spotless. My husband is a clean freak and had not one complaint. The kitchen was equipped with a blender we used for breakfast smoothies, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Beautiful pots and pans to use. Sebastian, provided toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and a starter detergent for the dishwasher, and starter pods for the washer. There is a full washer dryer to use. The closets are humongous, plenty of space for our clothes. There are 3 TV's in this unit which was helpful, to relax in the rooms or living room. The amenities were great, the pool, and the outdoor furniture on the property were so numerous. There were bbq grills, to use. There was a fire pit in the pool area, amazing for those summer nights by the pool. There were arcade games, and a pool table, and other games. Orlando is 20 minutes away, an amazing location for Disney, universal, and Sea World attractions. We can't wait to go back.

Camila’s place was one of the best places I’ve ever been in Airbnb. From the moment you open the door you feel a sense of peace. The decoration is so cozy without being cluttered at all. The light fixtures and the details made it really wonderful. Nothing extra and nothing missing. It was spotless. The mattress was really comfortable and the living room too. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic. We didn’t miss anything. It was very closed to the parks but not that close as to be busy. No noises at night and very peaceful. Definitely recommend and would be back!

The host responded really quick to any questions. It was quiet and nice . The beds were so soft and comfy. I definitely will be back...

Great stay, perfect for small families, close to walmart, magic kingdom, pool had our kids tired. We will definitely book again!

Everything was very well organized, clean, a comfortable bed; the only thing I should mention is the sofa bed, it makes a lot of noise but at the same time it was comfortable.

May was great! Went to Universal Studios and it was right down the street. May was always responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again for sure

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

The place was great! it was perfect for a quick family trip to Disney. Would highly recommend!

we wanted a place to stay that was close to Epic Universe/Universal Orlando and this was perfect! publix and restaurants is just a walk away! our son loved the decorations and the variety of game consoles (game cube reminded me of my childhood🥹) we would definitely stay here again!

Great area to stay and awesome host!

Host was very responsive and helpful! The house was clean and as expected. Here are some honest downsides- the pool area is small and NOT private at all. It felt like sharing a pool/backyard with neighbors. The hot tub was connected to pool water so you cannot heat the hot tub without paying to heat the pool as well. We were also over 30 minutes from Universal Studios, which is why we stayed in Orlando was to visit that park almost every day, and I didn’t realize how far the address was until we were there. Everything else was good! The owner even helped me understand the coffee maker! Great communication. Great hosts!

The villa is in a great location, 10 minutes drive from shops for groceries and restaurants. We had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. Richie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds, sofas and loungers all really comfortable

We had a wonderful short stay in Orlando. The house was peaceful and relaxing after long days at the Disney parks. The pool was perfect and the outdoor dining and furniture were really nicely designed and comfortable. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. Lovely soft towels and linens. A great laundry room and games room. Wendy our host was so thoughtful and descriptive in the pre arrival communications, so we felt very organised before we arrived and during the stay we had a direct communication with Ron if we needed anything (we didn’t, but it was reassuring to know we had someone to call if needed). I will definitely recommend the home to friends and family looking for a place to stay during a trip to Orlando. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful space. More than we could have asked for with sleeping options. The pool was perfect and warm. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare and cook a meal. It was a short drive to Disney, and all the surrounding parks. We loved our stay here, we would definitely recommend it, and would consider coming back again.

My family loved it here! My kids did not want to leave the pool! Even requested to leave Universal early to go back to the house to swim and hang out in the game room!

Stefan’s place is in a perfect location, especially if you are going to Disney. The directions he gave on how to find it were very clear and easy to understand. We liked the fact that it was in a very quiet and private part of the gated community. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with a view of the water.
