Holiday rentals with a patio in Winter Haven

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment and the location. It’s tucked away and feels very safe, and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. I recommend Kiki’s!! A very responsive host and a lovely place to stay!

Host is great and so understanding ! Even my broke few things in the home still host provide me reasonable replacements ! Host re clean the one of the room after i requested ! So great to pick this home for our vacation and definitely recommend for any family! I definitely rent this again in next time!

The apartment was according to the description, 25 minutes from the parks, close to restaurants, pharmacies and other shops, the only point is that the guest does not have the autonomy to control the temperature of the air conditioning according to their needs, they needed to make contact with the host.

The host responded really quick to any questions. It was quiet and nice . The beds were so soft and comfy. I definitely will be back...

great stay loved all the amenities

Karla’s Boho Bliss Bnb was absolutely as described. Everything was easy to access! The only thing that was a bit out of the ordinary was the cleaning crew left behind a few food & drink items from previous guests. Other than that it was a great stay & perfect location close to ALL disney parks & resorts. I’d absolutely stay again in the future.

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay and would love to return! Very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and activities, making for a perfect stay! ✨

Spacious, clean, and thoughtful amenities (basket of snacks and water bottles, toiletries). Large fenced yard. Very responsive host. I highly recommend. We stayed here for a 2 day volleyball tournament.

I must say that we really enjoyed our stay at the home ..it was like home away from home all the amenities were great, the home is much larger and spacious than what the pictures shows. The area was peaceful, we had no issues. The home was clean and the Host Hospitality was absolutely amazing and stocked with everything a family needed or could ever ask for. We didn't really get to use the pool but it looked very inviting. if ever in the area my family would stay again, over all a great place to stay..

Everything was great. Home was fully stocked with everything you and your family may need. My babies enjoyed the pool and Lego room. If we’re ever in this area again, I would definitely book with Rachel!

Launi and Joe’s place is amazing! Cant say enough good things about the place and them. From the responsive and helpfull host to the peace and beautiful home. Couldn’t ask for much more. I highly recommend staying here. It is a home away from home and my family and I look forward to staying here again!

Michel's villa in Haines City is amazing. We had been let down by a booking at another AirBnB which didn't match up to the photos and fortunately Michel's place was available for us to book instead. We were so relieved to discover that the pictures of Michel's place were accurate and perhaps didn't do it justice for how beautiful the place actually is. The villa is beautifully presented and equipped, everything is in working order and we had everything we needed. The villa is on a gated community alongside a golf course. The process for gaining access to the neighbourhood at the security barriers was quick and easy. There is a large Walmart nearby which was ideal for buying any supplies we needed during our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants/takeaway options in the area such as Manny's Chophouse and Floridinos. Overall we would rate the stay as 10/10 and we would consider staying here again. Great place to stay and relax, enjoying the patio, lake, and hot tub. Beautiful decor and home feel on the inside. Master bed slept great. Kitchen had everything needed and more. Will definitely try to stay again, if ever back in the area.

Quiet and beautiful area just 20 minutes driving to the Disney parks. Very spacious inside, comfortable after a whole day of walking in the sun! Will be staying again for next Disney visit.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic and Wonderful! This place has by far been the best!

The accommodation is as described and even better. Easy access to the highway directly to Universal and Disney. The check-in instructions were also very clear, making the check-in process easy. It was sparkling when we entered and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. It is spacious and ideal for 5 people Ellis was very responsive to our questions and always answered immediately. We would definitely choose it again to return! Thank you!!
