Cabin holiday rentals in Winston-Salem

Thank you so much for sharing your vacation rental with us. The cabin is very secluded and peaceful. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, sitting on the screened porch, and watching the wildlife (several deer came by to say hello). The hot tub was an added bonus (and clean). Our group thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful weekend away and highly recommend this property!

Jonathan is a great host! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — he even left some duck eggs in the fridge for us. The house is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend!

The cabin was perfect for our extended weekend stay. It was super easy to find and very private. The cabin was well stocked and had plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Katie had tons of great recommendations on things to see/do and there is plenty of space around the property to get out and stretch your legs or run the dogs. 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect place for our family to unplug and unwind. You can tell a lot of thought and details went into the home itself and it was a great location for us.

Absolutely one of the most amazing AirBnb experiences we’ve ever had! Such a beautiful home with an amazing backyard that was just perfect for my son’s wedding weekend! We hosted the groomsmen at the house and also had the rehearsal dinner planned for the backyard. Rain kept us from eating outside, but we shifted inside and enjoyed the deck and everyone loved it! Lady Jackie was the most helpful and responsive host we’ve ever met and even helped us secure lodging for my two sisters and their families very nearby. House was wonderfully stocked, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds, plenty of space! The groomsmen stayed in the basement and loved it! So so thankful to have found this amazing home to stay for this special weekend!! Highly highly recommend!!!

The cabin was exactly as it is described. It is on a dead end dirt road surrounded by trees. It's peaceful and relaxing there. I liked sitting on the porch for morning coffee and evening drinks and listening to the quiet. The hot tub was nice to relax in. I recommend going to Danbury and tubing down the river.

This was the most relaxing, peaceful and carefree weekend we have ever had. My husband and our 2 kids and 2 dogs had the most fun, and we didn’t even feel the need to be on our phones or watch tv! The cabin felt like home; so much so, that we didn’t want to leave. My husband and I are already planning a trip back. Carey was an amazing hostess and we are so appreciative that she opened her home to us. The views were breathtaking. We literally sat outside all weekend. We only went inside to cook and sleep. Oh! And we got to enjoy a meteor shower Saturday night! Super awesome!! And, even cooler, there’s a dollar general market at the end of the main road! Coolest thing I’ve ever seen! So you don’t need to bring a bunch of food! We drove 5 hours to come stay here, and honestly, I would drive 10 just to come back. This cabin was every bit of home and we can’t wait to come back!

My family and I stayed here while visiting other family that lives close by. This home accommodated us all and had all the basics that we needed for the extended weekend. I liked how there was plenty of parking for multiple cars and the views were nice. My kids enjoyed seeing ducks on the pond and deer that were in the yard.

This was exactly the vacation we were looking for. Quiet area, easy to find right on the lake. The house is an older home with a lot of charm. I loved the stone walkway to the lake and the fact the house was not right on the road. The beds were comfortable which I think is hard to find. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a great stay at this vineyard cabin! The views were gorgeous, the space was super comfy, and the wine was amazing. Loved the peaceful vibe. Would totally come back!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! The attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Everything was as shown in the pictures, and even though the amenities did not list a dryer, the washer was a washer/dryer combo. The place had everything we needed and is perfect for a couple. We attended a nearby wedding and had a great time.

No actual electricity! Not a problem, but less apparent on listing! They accommodate appropriately (generator charging and a fan to be used and headlamp for walk to bathhouse). Overall, wonderful stay and great - just would like more realistic expectation on listing :)

We spent a weekend at Mark's cabin for a family graduation in Winston Salem. It was absolutely perfect and Mark and Nikki went out of their way to make it special. If you want some nice, peaceful family time, this is a great place. We played Cornhole and croquet and our 13 year old finally conquered the swing! The Cabin is a lovely mix of the original rustic with all the necessary modern essentials. This is a place you will want to return to many times!

Great stay, just dark at night

The house and surrounding land was gorgeous, peaceful, and exactly what my family needed. The pictures don’t do this house justice of how large, beautiful, and comfortable it is. The only thing my family was disappointed in was that it listed an indoor fireplace, but then the rules sent to us the day before said no fires. Also, my kids were already planning cookouts on the grill in the pavilion, but the rules sent the day before said not to use it. There is a stove and Black Stone, so more than adequate, those were just the only two things that were a little let down. Will look at booking again when we visit the area again.

I absolutely loved this little cabin. It felt so cozy and it was adorable. The lights on the outside were beautifully. Absolutely love the hosts. Highly recommend and would stay here again

Beautiful cabin and pond, my three young granddaughters caught fish, so enjoyed meeting and talking with the hosts. Really a wonderful time. Thanks y'all, looking forward to next time.

The Carolina Frost Cabin was a wonderful place to stay to visit family in the area. Clean and cozy and comfortable. Our host was very helpful & friendly. Great restaurants walking distance from cabin. We look forward to staying at the cabin again. :) Mike & Janis J.

Not only did I love and enjoyed the place and the surrounding area but my guests did too! Everything was explained from checking in to checking out. Game room was a plus, it gave the guests something to do if they didn’t want to sit outside. Plenty of space for everyone to sit. I was expecting rain the entire stay but it all worked out well because we were able to grill out and enjoy the fire pit area. The time was not just enjoyable, meaningful, but also well needed.☺️ Thank you Kay for a wonderful weekend, the snacks, a peaceful scenery, the quick responses and communication, I am ready to plan another stay!😉 We really enjoyed ourselves!🙂😉 Kay have a Terrific Tuesday and Wonderful Week!

Bretta’s place was exactly what we were looking for! Peaceful, clean, comfortable. She has gone out of her way to ensure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. If you’re coming to Salisbury and her place is available, I highly recommend it!

My family stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation from Elon University. The house was even more beautiful in person than what was expected from the online pics and everyone agreed they would 100% stay at this amazing property again. The hosts were responsive and great to deal with right from the initial booking. We’d most definitely recommend to anyone else looking to stay in the area!

Sonya's cabin was charming and very clean with comfortable spaces within the house and loft area. We especially appreciated the location which overlooks the University of North Carolina School of Arts in Winston Salem where we attended a graduation. Great stay!
