Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

The house is so close to lax airport and was very close to my aunts house. Soooooo many amenities in the house! Pool was refreshing, lots of comfortable patio furniture, comfortable beds, lots of games, books, many movies. Maria was so prompt to answer questions (thank you so much)!! Would stay here again without a doubt!! ❤️

Great host and great property

The home was a perfect getaway with the open floor plan, views, & the back yard. The hosts were very responsive & answered any questions I had right away. The neighborhood was very quiet & the driveway that led right up to the front door was perfect for private easy access in and out. I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely recommend it.

The home was well appointed, peaceful, and beautiful. There were really beautiful touches (bottle of wine, water in the fridge) that made us feel even more welcome and comfortable. The location was perfect - super quiet, yet a short car ride to wonderful shops, restaurants, and sights. This will be my preferred place to stay anytime I'm in LA.

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

Aaron’s place was just perfect. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing, and clean. It’s just the right amount of space. Very tidy and clean. The goodie basket was nice and all the extra touches. Was perfect for what we needed. Aaron & Dane were super attentive and helpful. Communication was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Lois was fantastic from start to finish! Her house is beautiful and clean and safe. Definitely making this our go-to spot while in California! Only note was that the bed was very soft and we prefer a firm mattress but that’s all just personal preference. Such a wonderful experience!

Our group of friends gathered here for a four-day bachelorette party and had an amazing time. The space was spacious and perfect for hosting a cozy dinner and home party. Communication with the host was seamless, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was close to the airport and ktown!

Very nice and comfortable home will stay again

Jason is an incredible host! The check-in process was very easy. The location was easy to find and is in a lovely neighborhood, and is pretty well located. We came to LA to see a concert at SoFi, which wasn’t too far, and we had a lot of activities like going to the beach and visiting some family. The house itself is cute, and the inside is very clean and well put together. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making this place as homey, lovely, and convenient as possible. There are many amenities, more than you can even tell from photos. The home has towels, extra blankets, laundry baskets, extension cords, regular toiletries (like shampoo, conditioner, body wash) as well as lotion, Q-tips, first aid kits, and some ladies essentials. In the kitchen there’s teas, stuff for coffee, and pretty much all kitchen essentials. We brought so much but didn’t end up needing as much, because they thought to make our stay so much easier. Jason and family, thank you for the lovely stay!

This was the absolute perfect stay for me and my group who had planned a girls trip for a concert at the Sofi stadium. When you walk in, it is completely clean, and you can tell they paid attention to detail when it came to keeping the place pristine. What we absolutely loved the most was the fact that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. GAME CHANGER. we had the most amazing time and can't wait to plan another trip. This place offered us a comfortable stay where we had not only comfort and privacy, but a common place to hang out and have a wonderful time. Thank you again for letting us stay! We will definitely be back.

I love this house and the neighborhood is just so fun to walk around. Very convenient location with a lot to do! Host was friendly and helpful from the time we secured the reservation and all during our stay! That door out to the front outdoor sitting area and those climbing flowers. To die for! Thanks again!

Cam’s place was clutter free which I loved. She thought of everything you might need and very welcoming. I felt right at home, I personally tried to leave it as she gave it to us. I felt her expectations were nothing out of the ordinary from us, pretty much just treat it as your own. Her home is 20 min away from airport; 10 -15 min away from gym (LA fitness), costco, sofi stadium and other places. We were there for business negotiations so the cozy home helped much!!! I would love to come back and rent again! FYI we did have a rental which Cam recommends in her listing..
