The only way that you could get any closer to the beautiful pristine waters of The Bahamas was if you were to take a swim. The gorgeous oceanfront villa is just steps away from the ocean and is everything that you need for a peaceful, private and relaxing vacation. The home is new construction and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is complete with outdoor beach furniture as well. Visiting this unique and tranquil getaway is a must. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.
