The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

We had a wonderful stay at their place! Very nice, clean and comfortable, with a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large side by side refrigerator was an added bonus for us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with great water pressure in the shower. The beach chairs were like brand new and comfy. They were so helpful and thorough and responded promptly to my many questions or concerns. I appreciated their recommendations about everything island. We really enjoyed watching two younger turtles that hung out front during our stay. We would definitely stay there again. Kim & Mark

If it were possible to rate Shannon higher I would. Shannon’s place was neat and had all the amenities including solar and high speed internet. Shannon was great at communication and was extremely responsive. When we checked in she had mangoes and papaya and water waiting for us and she brought over brownies on the second morning and a lovely blueberry cake our third day. Everyday she offered great advice and her guidebook was very informative. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to find everything we needed. She also had tons of things in the bathroom. Including razors and shampoo and bug spray which you will need on the islands. I can’t think of anything we needed that Shannon did not provide. She’s a great host.

The most beautiful and peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. My girlfriend and I had the most wonderful time at Sarah’s place. She was awesome to communicate with, adjusting her schedule to make sure she met us when we arrived. The house itself was the perfect space for us, we cooked almost every meal in the kitchen. She has everything you need to prepare an amazing meal! The location you can’t beat, you’ve got lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. You’re also right in the middle so the drive if you want to go north or south isn’t so bad. It’s truly a special place and we definitely recommend staying at Sarah’s Place. Anytime we come back we know where we’re staying!
