Amazing vacation house with heated pool and private stairs to a gorgeous pink sand beach! House had everything we needed — from tons of towels to a glass bottom kayak! So easy to go back and forth to the beach, walk to restaurants. We loved it here and would definitely return.

pictures don't do it justice. Sand was white and powdery, felt like flour. Beautiful beach. Nobody on it, ever. 4 miles of nothing which I loved. Snorkeling was average in the bay. House had snorkels and masks, paddle board and kayak, which we never took out. Locals will drop off whatever you need and do any tours you want. House is 1:45mins from the north where you have to ferry to an island to swim with the pigs, so we skipped that. I'm certain there is good snorkeling elsewhere on the island. We went south to Jacks Bay and got a tour of the Nicholas championship golf course and tiger woods course. Windemeyer was good, gated community. Food there is very average but the pickleball courts were great and everyone everywhere is so friendly. House had 5 bedrooms, 5 bath. The 5th bedroom was really small, fit 1 comfortably, but we didn't need it. A few restaurants are closed. Clothes washer didn't work (didn't spin the clothes). Overall, Awesome. Get fresh fish delivered

I could not have asked for a better place to stay in!! This was perfect for our little family with our 10 month old baby. The view was spectacular and it was so convenient walking down to the beach everyday with our girl! The kayaks supplied were so fun! My husband and I took turns while we watched the baby on the shore. Such a great location too! Felt super safe! Next to great restaurants (Tippy’s and La Bounganvillea). Hewitt the property manager on site was so sweet. And dealing with Pam was amazing. Her communication was impeccable and she was so patient with us and All our questions. The house itself was beautiful and so comfortable. Book it! You won’t find a better place or property management team!!!!

the Beach House is something special. Lots of room and beautifully appointed. French Leave Beach is pristine. If we met someone on the beach it was unusual. A special feature for a naturalist guest was all the lizards and the Cuban Tree Frogs. On our last night, a night Heron came to visit the pool, a very special treat. we had a wonderful time. Close to everything.

Amazing trip. Perfect for our family of 6 plus two grandparents. Beach is amazing for families. Beach is essentially private and has areas for waves, a gentle pool area surrounded by rocks, and great snorkeling. The beach was so nice we hardly used the pool. Kitchen is very well stocked. Driving to town for food took about 15 minutes but worth the distance for the location. Would definitely go back if we get the chance.

Our group of 4 spent a week at Coconut Point in December of 2022. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was clean and well stocked with a wide amount of amenities from the kitchen to the linens to items for outdoor use. The location is remote and peaceful with a great beach for walking. One note, if you are hoping to work remotely, the internet was hit and miss, and pretty slow when working. But it's Eleuthera, best to not work at all! Cheers

Amazing house! Great view

Trident Cottage was the perfect home base for our week in Eleuthera. The property is stunning, with a jacuzzi overlooking the beach that quickly became our favorite spot. Mornings started with peaceful beach walks—just steps away—and relaxing soaks in the hot tub. The cottage was spotless, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved visiting the nearby farmers’ market daily for fresh fruits, vegetables, and homemade bread to cook our meals. The beach was quiet and private, making it feel like our own little paradise. The management team and groundskeeper, Wallace, were incredibly helpful and responsive. If we return to Eleuthera, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The garden has access to a gorgeous beach which is basically deserted any time of the day. The house is big and very comfy. The only thing missing is a washing machine for the clothes (which can be a bit complicated especially when you travel with a baby) Otherwise our 2 weeks stay have been a dream and Rick has been really reactive to any questions we had. Another great thing is a big notebook with all the tips and adresses at disposal in the house. You have everything in it and certainly don’t need anything else to explore the island.

We spent 5 nights in Eleuthera at the end of April (7 guests in total). The house is clean and it has everything you need, it's 50mt from the French Leaves beach! Carol is super friendly and very responsive. The only downside was that the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, but it wasn't a major issue.

Our family of four came in April and we had an incredible time. Eleuthera is for the adventurous and the property’s central location made it easier to access the island’s best beaches. We enjoyed the amazing views every day (we even saw dolphins!). Would definitely recommend!

If your looking to get away this is the place. Absolutely stunning views on a super secluded beach. Fantastic snorkeling right in front of the house in crystal clear water. The house is great with lots of windows. Book it!

The house was everything they said in the listing and much more. The beautifully decorated rooms and relaxing patios we’re so welcoming after a day of exploring the island.The beautiful view of the ocean and sun rises were like waking up to paradise every morning and the stargaze at night put you to sleep with sweet dreams. We are definitely returning.

This house was great. Very private even though it was right on the road. With the wall and vegetation you never saw anyone. The furniture is a little bit worn but comfortable. I’m sure at the beach and with a rental, it is hard to keep pristine. The house was VERY well stocked with soap, shampoo etc. Even though it is not right on the beach, it is a very short and easy walk to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. Hanging out in the pool was a great way to end the day. Misty and her son Justin were amazing. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

If this is your first Air BnB you rent good luck in the future. After your stay here you will be spoiled beyond what you could imagine. Everything in the description and pictures are as it is shown. However, there is no way for the words or pictures to do it this house justice. The house is absolutely beautiful and the setting from the pool to the seaside setting of the breathtaking Atlantic is second to none. The big surprise however is the amenities and the beautiful touches that the house is equipped with. Everywhere you turn if you can think of something you need it is there. From the most well stocked gourmet kitchen to the family room with blankets, games, books And more This is a rare find and will leave you raving for days I know we are

Touch of Class was an amazing property with spectacular views and easy access to the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and spent our time snorkeling, kayaking, collecting shells and enjoying meals on the deck. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with our family!

Centrally located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. great snorkeling right out the door; fun body surfing; kayaks and a paddleboard available for use. Shade structure on the beach with lounge chairs. short walk to tippy‘s, and the Potlatch club and a slightly longer walk to Bouganvillia. nearest airport is governor’s harbor. The house has two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen has good pots and pans/sharp knives but is not terrific for baking or fancy cooking. There is a small blender and a toaster as well as a nice gas grill. You will have to buy supplies that you need for cooking. Bring bug repellent as the no-seeums are fierce all over the island. We had a few minor issues during our stay and found the caretaker, rental agency and owner to be responsive and completely reasonable. Good scuba diving is an hours drive north or south Beat surfing 40 minutes north. Don’t recommend third BR as it is a bit mildewy and does not have Internet. Lovely overall

we absolutely LOVED this place and the peacefulness of eleuthera! our home felt safe and comfortable and nothing can beat the beautiful beach steps away in the backyard. the kitchen had everything we needed to make any meal we wanted which is essential for secluded island living. we will 100% be coming back here again and going through Eleuthera Vacation Rentals again!

We had an amazing stay at The Better Life. We loved the pool, the easy access to the beach, Ruby, and the remoteness of the location. There was one other family that was sometimes on the beach with us - but mostly we were alone. You can snorkel right from the beach. The cruise ships going by at night were cool, but the dolphins playing out in the ocean were unreal. The balconies made the house our final pick - and did not disappoint. We are thankful for the care of the home and the notes that they gave after we reserved the home to figure out the rest of our stay. We will be back!

Pebbles is in a beautiful location and has a great, almost private, beach! The place is simple but comfortable and clean. Eleuthera is a beautiful island and Pebbles is in a great location. We were off season so many restaurants and shops were closed. Just keep it in mind if you need to be out for dinner every night. We scored at the fish market so enjoyed our fresh fish every night. We had the great fortune of staying at The Dream House with Tennielle as the house manager. Our stay was impeccable. Tennielle is so wonderful to work with. She was available for any questions we had. Her communication during our stay was really great. The house itself is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The view is STUNNING. The water is the most beautiful blue. We did lots of snorkeling right from our beach. We only saw maybe 1 or 2 other people the whole time we were there. It truly is almost a private beach. It is steep from the house to the beach (which is why the view is so spectacular!) so do be aware if you are traveling with older people or anyone who would not be able to follow a steep path. Our group had no problem with it, but I do think it's something people should be aware of. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. Remember your bug spray but otherwise this is truly paradise!!

House and cottage were perfect for large family gathering. All of us, from toddlers to seniors, loved our stay.
