Our 45 sqm apartment in the renovated house offers space for two adults and two children, is fully furnished and accessible via a separate entrance. The corridor leads to the bathroom on the ground floor, equipped with shower and toilet, and to the living room, which is also a passageway to the kitchen. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch that makes an extra bed possible. The kitchen is modernly decorated and equipped with an electric stove and dishwasher. The dining area offers enough space for the whole family at the breakfast table. Upstairs there is a separate bedroom. Another extra bed would be possible there. The apartment has an outdoor seating area, which is also ideally suited for barbecuing. You are welcome to relax in our rustic barrel sauna. You can cool off in the wooden bathtub.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. The manor apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. The original doors have been lovingly refurbished. Spacious rooms tell of a time when the landowners used these rooms.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.
