Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not located in a vacation park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018, it was completely renovated and furnished with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best thing is that it is in the middle of the trees. All the freedom on our own 1100m2 property! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

(8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper apartment and part of the lower apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Our guests find our house spacious, pleasant and equipped with every comfort. With 2 terraces and an outdoor fireplace, it is a nice place to stay. The area is quiet, beautiful for hiking and biking and not yet discovered by the general public. (so don't tell anyone...). The cozy Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Kampen are just around the corner. Heino is a village surrounded by estates, of which the Nijenhuis with museum is the best known. In short, peace, nature and culture.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.
