Indeed a country charm! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt right at home. The place was clean, cozy, and beautiful. There is every kitchen tool and necessity needed in the kitchen. The beds had plenty of huge pillows and the closets were stocked with cozy blankets. The bathroom cabinet was filled with fluffy towels. The spacious deck with patio furniture was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day being a tourist and watch the beautiful sunset. We even saw a deer right after the sunset. We loved our stay here, it was comfy and peaceful. Keisha is a great host! Def recommending this place to friends and family who are planning on visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum in the future.

This was a great place for the kids. Kayaks were available with full equipment and life jackets. The fish were biting. Donny kept in touch quickly. They had a ball.

This place was super cozy and perfect for a weekend vacation. The pictures of the lake and docks don’t do it justice. Our host however did not mention the cleaning responsibilities we had until the day before check out. This resulted in a scramble to get everything together before check out and a $100 additional cleaning fee. Other than that all was smooth!

This was an incredible home with a wonderful host! Ms Debra was a splendid host. Quick responses, helpful information, and a stunning lake front property made this stay one for the memory book! A fire with s’more’s, nestled into the picturesque sunset over the lake while the kids laughed and chased lightening bugs sounds like a storybook, but were the beautiful reality we got to enjoy! Ms Debra made sure we had everything we needed and more for the visit. She was quick in responding to our questions and very helpful! If we ever make our way back out this way, we will definitely be staying again and recommending to anyone who plans yo visit the Ark & the Creation museum! Thank you, Ms Debra!
