Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Williamsburg

Our stay at Small Dream FantaSea was nothing short of amazing. Kevin and Joan have thought of everything and our family immediately felt right at home. Packing for our trip was so easy, given how much was already at the house (towels, chairs, sand toys, games, soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc.). Our girls loved rides of the golf cart and we were at the beach or at the shops/restaurants in no time. We love how close we were to Central Park and made many visits to play cornhole or go to the playground. This was our family’s first trip to Cape Charles and it certainly won’t be the last. We are so grateful to Kevin and Joan for all they do to make it a great vacation!

We rented this property to visit the Virginia Tattoo and the beach and had a great trip!

The home is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is serene and charming. Betsy made sure we settled in smoothly and had no trouble accessing the property. I highly recommend this place for a family beach vacation.

Maria’s space was a perfect getaway! The house is clean and welcoming! They even had pet bows and toys which I thought was so sweet! Maria was very kind and responsive and gave a lot of great recommendations ! We had Brenda come to the house for a private dinner, and she was also amazing ❤️ 10/10 would stay here again

Had a great long weekend at Tracy’s place. The location was amazing. We enjoyed walking along the beach and would have taken out the kayaks if the water wasn’t so choppy. The place has everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. We were kept inside by the weather most of the time but the house had plenty of games and the hot tub was covered so we could still utilize that. Tracy was also quick to respond if I had a question. Overall a great experience and would return!

Our stay at The Pyle Inn in Irvington was absolutely perfect! We decided to take the family on a last minute getaway within a few hours and were very excited to see Nikki's home available within our search. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—charming, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we could possibly need. From the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful outdoor space with a jacuzzi, we felt right at home. The location was ideal: quiet and serene, yet just a short walk or drive from town with great local restaurants. We especially loved the mornings spent sipping coffee on the porch and the peaceful evenings in the backyard with or without the kids. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions and great recommendations. You can really tell how much care goes into maintaining the property and ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. No wonder why Nikki is a SUPERHOST! We will be back soon!

The home was easy to find with its own driveway. Neighbors were friendly and Helpful. The house was clean and spacious, nice kitchen and living room and dining room areas. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. There was a good amount of supplies of garbage bags and towels. It was easy to get into the house with clear instructions, as we did a late check in. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to go to Virginia Beach area and want to be close to coffee shops and stores.

Chris was a great host and very proactive with providing information on the house, checking in, etc. The house was clean and spacious and slept all of our guests comfortably.

We had an awesome time staying here. The weather was wet and cold but we had such a great time inside because there’s so much to do! Downstairs was the perfect space for the kids with the bunk room and gaming space. We all really enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board. The kitchen is huge and we loved the bar and high top table. We loved cooking here and we played many games at the table. The half circle couch is really cool and we loved the Apple TV. The porch movie room is perfect and the kids want to come back in the summer. We were thrilled the master bedroom has an adjustable bed and we loved the rainfall shower. The koi pond and patio space are gorgeous and we can’t wait to enjoy them more in the summer. Host Erik was responsive and really respected our privacy. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent except check in. The email we received from Air Bnb said check in was 3pm but it was actually 4pm so we had to wait an hour and lost time at Busch Gardens. The actual house we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Would book again. Highly recommend

Colleen's place was clean, great location right on the boardwalk and at a great value for my family's needs. Recommend if you're looking for a place right on VA Beach with lots of amenities in walking distance and especially if you just want to lay on the beach all day.

Tara is a very responsive host. As a Marriott facility, there are staff members on hand to assist with your needs and access to other amenities. The vacation rental itself is spacious and clean. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to drive to anywhere you need to go - dining, entertainment, or shops.

The property was beautiful. It was a timeshare property so lots of things to do. We took advantage of a presentation for discount tickets to the water park. Check in was a little difficult as my name was not in the list because I’m not the owner so there was some confusion there. Otherwise Margaret was very responsive and helpful in the situation. Overall great stay and great trip!

Igor was wonderful to work with. He answers quickly, he’s friendly and he takes care of the details. The Greensprings Villas we stayed in were clean and updated. All the amenities were open and we enjoyed all the pools, mini-golf and the play areas. It was perfect for big family. Be advised though that there are no elevators. It didn’t bother us but just be mindful of your guests.

Very nice accommodations. Easy checkin and location was perfect for our trip. Highly recommend!
