Monthly Rentals in Willemstad

It was our first trip to Curaçao and the loft was within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. Walking distance to two bus stations which we used to get around the island. The house is pretty hot during the day for someone from northwest USA but, when you are in the bedroom at night, the AC quickly cools the room. The host was very good at communicating with us and was extremely helpful.

For the price I paid it was a great place for a solo traveler! The gate on the property and knowing they’re right next door definitely made me feel more safe and secure. The only downside was that they don’t have a microwave so I couldn’t warm up my food, I personally don’t cook on vacation. Also, there’s a $75 cleaning fee on top of the cleaning fee already charged when you book, so just be aware of that because that caught me off guard but it is listed in the description as Shanne showed me. Shanne also assisted with car rentals, she came in clutch for that! Wonderful stay for an unforgettable trip! Thank you!

This is our second visit with Cedric and it did not disappoint. We return to Curacao every 6 months to enjoy the Island, so it is safe to say we will try to book with Cedric again. Easy and convenient location for a great Value.

I had a great time and would definitely go back. Curaçao has plenty of stuff to see and do. The only downside to me is that their beaches are small compared to what I am used to, they are more like inlets but remember, this island is one giant rock. Wear water shoes if you go! Learn to navigate a roundabout and drivers are insane! Check out the sea turtles, go to the ostrich farm and aloe vera farm, do the distillery tour, check out the old fort, but be prepared for rough roads, big speed breaks at intersections, definitely go to Klein Curaçao and just walk the downtown area, I did over 14,000 steps in one day. The restaurants I visited had amazing food, no complaints and try an ostrich burger, it has it's own flavor. The US dollar is accepted everywhere but you will often get change in guilders.
