Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. The Zum Jakobi 4 is right in the heart of Goslar's old town. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including stove and induction cooktop and dishwasher.
