Die Rolläden und das Licht sind bequem über ein Panel bedienbar. Bei Absprache kann diese Unterkunft auch für einen längeren Zeitraum gebucht werden.

Small cozy apartment

Our small, approx. 30 sqm granny apartment consists of one and a half rooms with living and dining area, separate bedroom and small bathroom. It is located within walking distance of the train station, but you can get to the beautiful fields even faster. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our terrace in front of the house can also be used. The place is probably best suited for an individual, but two people who like each other will also find space here :)

The apartment offers a stylish experience for 2 to max. 3 people (on a sofa bed). A crib for a toddler can be provided. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The rooms are generously designed and furnished to a high standard. All doors have a width of 1M. All rooms and the bathroom are accessible. A large kitchen incl. Dishes are provided. The lounge with a fire table and the outdoor bar completes the experience

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

For holidays in the Black Forest (right at your doorstep with very nice hiking trails and excursion destinations, very nice outdoor swimming pool within walking distance in 10 minutes) or for commuters etc. also suitable for long-term (conditions by arrangement) as a "long stay."
