Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Cozy 6-person vacation home on the river Vecht

Lovely 6-person home. With all the comforts, including rain shower, oven, dishwasher, etc. Outside the door is the beautiful river Vecht where you can swim in. Amsterdam is only a 30 minute drive. The house is at the front of a holiday park where the facilities can be used such as tennis court, children's pool and a lovely pizzeria. Note: The stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat stylish. Less suitable for people with difficulties.

“OFFECHT” energy neutral alternative

The guesthouse with a large garden is located on the river Vecht. It is a detached house with a large living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and on the floor a large loft with beds for a total of 4 people. There's a pellet stove for cozy warmth, and a terrace directly at the guesthouse. There is also a covered terrace on the river with outdoor kitchen where it is nice to sit. Also on cold days through the glass sliding doors.

Are you looking for peace and relaxation come and enjoy our cottage on the water. Our vacation home is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children The stylishly furnished cottage is a nice place to stay. The spacious jetty with canopy is a lovely place to enjoy the view over the water. There is also plenty to do in the center of Breukelen such as various shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Fantastic houseboat on the Loosdrechtse Plassen

This lovely houseboat is fully equipped: kitchen, 4 sleeping accommodations, bathroom, wood-burning stove, covered terrace, large roof terrace and swimming staircase. The boat is located in a port Breukelen (Scheendijk) on the Loosdrechtse Plassen . Here you can swim and enjoy the puddles with a sloop (for rent in the port). Bed and bath linen, coffee maker (cups) and kettle available.
