Beautiful detached bungalow, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. In the living room there are windows/ doors on all sides that come out on the terrace. There is underfloor heating but also a large fireplace/wood stove, the kitchen is equipped with luxurious equipment. Behind the meadow, of which you can come to the dyke via a walkway for a nice walk or a kayak trip. In this area, Amsterdam is 10 km away, also accessible by bike. The picturesque villages of Laren and Naarden are 10 km away.

The Drechthuisje is only a half hour drive away from Amsterdam or Utrecht at the Loosdrechtse Plassen. This cottage is built sustainably with a lot of light and contemporary decor. Upon entering the gate, you will find a landscaped garden with terraces and all amenities are available for a relaxing stay. Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place on the water.

Beautiful holiday stay in a brilliant location on the water, and yet only 15 minutes from Amsterdam. It is part of our own home, but is a self-contained residential unit, has beautiful views both on the water, and back of garden. It is located on a very quiet road that has about 20 other detached houses. The river the Vecht is wonderful for swimming, clean clear water, and of course for boating. There is a small rowing boat available and 2 canoes.
