Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

Zauberberg and Panhanswiese

Only 80 meters to the Panhanswiese you slide down to the valley station Zauberberg, from where you reach the top of the 1350 high mountain with the Hirschenkogel mountain railways. From there, the FIS World Cup piste Panorama, the South, West or Freeride Osthang, the Split Park for freeskier and snowboarders or the toboggan run leads into the valley. You can expect a cozy apartment on the 1st floor with open living and sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom & toilet, with a double bed and additional sofa bed.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are going to the right place. The space is comfortable enough for 2 people. You can relax in a wood-fired outdoor hot tub (hot pot). Water from our own high mountain spring.

Photovoltaic system, two wood-burning stoves, including a cooking stove, barbecue bowl, several grills, sun terrace or stable for 20 people, covered dining area for 10 people. New fully equipped kitchen, new mattresses but no shower! - Hot water only on the stove. Please bring sleeping bags, fitted towels, slippers, dishes and towels with you. Garbage is to be disposed of yourself in Steinhaus am Semmering at the Bauhof.

The house is located on a quiet private road c. 2 km from the train station and c. 500 meters from the ski lift. The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washing machine on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and SATELLITE TV, a full kitchen, a toilet and a summer garden. In front of the house is a free private parking space for two - three cars. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the house.
