In order to turn a turn-of-the-century manor house into a modern-day gem, it takes an understanding of style, high-quality materials from yesteryear and a lot of attention to detail.

Willkommen in unsere Hütte unter der Rax. Die Hütte hat eine Duschzeile mit Bossini Brausegarnitur, verspiegelt mit Estrich/ Natursteinkiesel- Fliesen. Die Küchenzeile besteht aus einem Hotelkühlschrank, einem Zweifach Induktion Ceranfeld sowie Edlestahlabwasch, bündig in Natursteinplatte. Die Toilette hat eine Nasszeile (Goldschale) sowie ein Bidet WC. Die Elektrifizierung besteht aus LED Leuchten. Die Beheizung erfolgt durch Infrarot Steinplatte sowie einem Dänischen Ofen Morsö. So our accommodation offers one thing above all, absolute tranquility. Only the sound of the stream flowing right next to it and the chirping of birds can be heard. An incredible number of activities invite you to enjoy the beautiful nature. Whether in the WexlTrails bike park five minutes away, hikes around Kirchberg or on the alpine pastures. Swimming in a high lake or visiting the Hermannshöhle cave. Motor park, summer toboggan run, ball track, ant trail and much more for children.

Idyllically located by the river with a large garden in a central, quiet location and a large parking space for several vehicles, this house is the ideal choice for relaxing days and the perfect starting point for numerous activities. The heart of the house is the cozy tiled stove and a terrace offers the opportunity to grill and relax. A special highlight is the access to the river which provides refreshing cooling in summer and in winter courageous ice bathers get their money's worth

The apartment on the ground floor (40 sqm) is centrally located (5 minutes to the train station) and in the immediate vicinity of the supermarket, bank, pharmacy and other shopping facilities. The outdoor pool and a spa hotel are around the corner. The apartment is stylishly minimalist in local ambience. Two meters next to the bedroom, a stream ripples. The apartment is cozy and can be opened outwards towards the courtyard/garden in fine weather through the large windows.
