Photovoltaic system, two wood stoves, one of which is a cooker, grill tray, several grills, sun terrace or stable for 20 people, covered dining area for 10 people. New, fully equipped kitchen, new mattresses, but no shower! - Hot water only on the stove. Please bring sleeping bags, fitted sheets, slippers, dishes and towels. Garbage is to be disposed of by yourself in Steinhaus am Semmering at the construction yard.

The house is located on a quiet private road c. 2 km from the train station and c. 500 meters from the ski lift. The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washing machine on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and SATELLITE TV, a full kitchen, a toilet and a summer garden. In front of the house is a free private parking space for two - three cars. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the house.

Das nächste Ski-Gebiet (mit ausreichend Parkplatz) ist 5km entfernt. Für Kinder haben wir ein gut ausgestattetes Spielzimmer.
