New, fully equipped kitchen, new mattresses, but no shower! - Hot water only on the stove. Please bring sleeping bags, fitted sheets, slippers, dishes and towels. Garbage is to be disposed of by yourself in Steinhaus am Semmering at the construction yard.

Many excursion destinations can be reached by car in one hour: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking and much more.

Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay. The nearest ski area (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For children we have a well-equipped playroom.
