Both bedrooms include a large, spacious wardrobe with plenty of shelving and hangers. The bathroom benefits from natural light and is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a toilet, a vanity unit, and a mirrored cabinet. The kitchen has a refrigerator with 3 freezer compartments, a quiet dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, and a programmable coffee machine., an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an air fryer, and a blender. It offers a pleasant atmosphere with a dining area, inviting you to cook and relax together. Direct access to the spacious terrace is available from the kitchen. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. In good weather, you can relax in comfort—whether in the shade or the sun—perhaps in the beach basket chair, while reading or simply enjoying the view of the greenery. Pure relaxation! The apartment is fully accessible (barrier-free). A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room for a small fee, making the apartment suitable for longer stays. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for pets or children under the age of 3. When submitting a booking inquiry, please always state the ages of any children, the names of all travelers, and whether the stay is for business or leisure.

The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
