Holiday rentals with a patio in Wien

What a great apartment. Very Clean, spacious and comfortable! The train was only a 5 minute walk which was very convenient! I would highly recommend.

Visiting my old home town from the other side of the world I almost changed my agenda just to enjoy the view. Great place, stylish apartment and very responsive hosts. With uncertain arrival times Sylvia always offered a plan B - thanks. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to use the pool but finally on the last day before pick up I managed to get up there and the view - simply stunning. Next time I need to factor in a few more days…

We loved the place. It was very clean, and we loved all the baby items to help us and the kids feel like home. The roof top patio views are 👌

First, the host explained in detail about the check-in early, so I was very relieved. Also, the accommodation was in a place that was easy to move around, and the house was clean and there was no difficulty in using all the appliances, such as laundry. If I go to Vienna again, it's a place I want to stay again.

The place was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. The view and the terrace are very nice. The system is safe. The pool was also good in terms of temperature. Everything great! Bettina was very helpful, reliable and always easy to reach!

We loved our stay in Vienna at this apartment. We were studying at WU and it was the perfect walking distance to campus (10 minutes) and an easy 5-10 min walk to the metro stations. Roman was very responsive and helped us with any issues we had. We appreciated the simple instructions for check-in and check-out! Overall, a clean and great space for 2 - although it was large and we could've definitely fit more! Thank you Sonja-Maria and Roman for a great stay!

It was a very nice place to stay. Perfect for a three-day trip. The garden was green, but a little too overgrown. Super usable terrace, you could relax outside and sit well on the terrace furniture. There was also plenty of storage space and the mirrors were great. The bathroom was great, even equipped with towels and other useful items. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There was a large refrigerator and the kitchen would have been perfect for cooking. More than enough dishes were available and decent pots. The description of the apartment was very accurate and easy to follow.

For all those who will read these lines: You can sleep peacefully here and have the choice of whether you want to sleep on a soft or a harder mattress. You will be awakened here by the birdsong. Pure nature, because You will then be on the edge of the city in the countryside. The Sisis Castle, i.e. the Hermes Villa in the immediate vicinity, was our favourite because only a few tourists visited this beautiful museum. Those who like to put on their hiking boots or play with their children in nature will appreciate this green oasis in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. We were in the centre of Vienna in about 50 minutes by bus and then the underground. We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace located in an idyllic, green courtyard. The flexible check-in and the electronic "key handover" also worked well. Unfortunately, the request for a second access code was not processed, but this did not lead to any major problems.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.
