The bedroom and living room are flooded with sunlight and the kitchen looks out onto a quiet garden. The bathroom with WC and the kitchen are small but new. A high speed WIFI, Smart TV and a workstation are standard. Vienna city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Subway, restaurants and shops in 5 minutes. A parking garage for €4/day is right around the corner.

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

Die Küche bietet die gesamte Ausstattung für ein gemütliches Dinner zu Hause. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kannst du sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den "Öffis" viele tolle Plätze und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt entdecken.
