Had a wonderful stay, the flat was perfect for my needs. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch.

Great place to stay whilst exploring Chester and surrounding areas . Cameron was great with communication and with ease of instruction to enter the property. Easily walkable into town and a supermarket 4 mins away on foot . Will definitely stay in the apartment again if visiting the area again .

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

This was an absolutely gorgeous place to stay, very clean. Felt very homely and nice to relax. Fab little outside area to relax in. Lovely comfortable beds, nice little touches left by Nick, we really appreciated the bread and condiments. Nick was very helpful and we would love to stay again if the chance ever arises. Thank you!

A great little place to stay. Sarah was always quick to respond. The place has everything you need for a short stay, plus there’s a shop nearby. The bus stop is nearby too for getting a bus into Sale centre or sometimes I just walked in. I also enjoyed running round the area and along the canal.

Excellent base for what we wanted. Lots of local eateries in walking distance, very quiet location as its away from the main road. The rooms are massive for a two bedroom flat. Really helpful instructions on how to get there and really well presented. I would highly recommend and will be staying again myself.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment great location, clean with a very comfortable bed. Also with a short walk into town past historic buildings. A big plus for us was the parking permit and being able to park just outside the apartment. We really loved Liverpool and will be returning and staying at this apartment again definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this property, it’s located in a lovely part of Liverpool and is walking distance to the city centre so it’s a perfect location. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the key to get in and the owners resolved this really quickly for us, would definitely stay at this property again on my next trip to Liverpool.

A great place to stay to visit Liverpool - really enjoyed being able to retreat out of the centre, but still be an easy bus ride away. We left the car at the house and used the bus (download the Arriva app) and it was so easy. We also went to a concert at Anfield and it’s really convenient for that. The house itself is obviously very well loved, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space for a sunny coffee outside between rain showers. Super comfortable bed and a great walk-in shower!

Helped us with some great recommendations for restaurants etc. Links into the City centre were excellent. Will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Liverpool.

Beautiful new build home with great amenities in a central location. The large enclosed garden was the stand out for our Autistic Son who enjoyed running around. Was a great base for our day trips (Chester Zoo, Blue Planet Aquarium, Southport and Knowsley Safari Park) and a warm, homely place to relax afterwards. It was exceptionally warm (great in winter) but you might want to bring a fan or two if staying in the warmer months like we were. We did have to ask about the external tap to fill a small splash pool we brought for our son, but Edie responded straight away with instructions about where to find the cut off and how to use it. Kiddo was very grateful for the splash time fun! Check in and out was a breeze, and overall just a great stay.

The location was 10/10 - next to the train station. The home had everything we needed, all the kitchen appliances and everything you’d need for a short stay. The outdoor area is so so lovely, the flowers and greenery make it very relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic!

Home was spotless, felt right at home. Simplistic design made it feel like it wasn’t too cluttered. Had a great time. Highly recommend to all. Thank you for the lovely weekend!!!

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

Emma’s apartment was just as described and in a good location, close to Penny Lane with various food options within walking distance. The apartment was clean and quiet and felt safe and secure. Emma was very responsive and helpful to any contact made. Would highly recommend, 5 star!

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

My mum & I had a great stay at Sue's- it was a lovely flat to relax in, very peaceful & comfortable. We love the area and enjoyed having vibrant Lark Lane and the park on our doorstep. We had everything we could need, the beds were comfy & the bathrooms very clean, great shower etc. The welcome treats were much appreciated!

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again
