Julie and Rich are amazing! The boat house was the exact little cottage on the bay you expect it to be and more. From the decor to the recommendations they gave, we felt right at home. They furnished the place perfectly with antiques and art. Highly suggest booking and exploring their recommended list. Everything we did blew us away and the people just made it even better. We felt like we were at home and hanging with our neighbors. They also left little surprises everywhere so make sure you keep and eye out for any hiding spots. Their process was simple and easy. There was not a question to be asked besides how can we be friends with julie and rich? Not to mention the views. They told us to keep an eye on the field and sure enough we saw a mama deer and her babies. If you’re on the edge of booking, the view alone is worth it. Be sure to check out Captain Johns Sailboat tour and Gale at Lubec brewing. we never had to ask ourselves what should we do, the locals will tell you.

Our stay, while short, was great! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The sunset view with the mountains and water is just beautiful, and the firepit was a great touch.

It was a little hard to find the place in the dark the very first night but during the day it’s much better! Other than that we absolutely loved this place! Amazing view and quiet area. We were a little worried being close to the road but it was no problem at all. Lucas was very responsive to us and was always ready to help. 10/10 would recommend this place!

We had a great stay! Very cozy and clean. We had breakfast at the public house and it was very enjoyable. Felt at home in the group cabin setting.
