Katya’s place had everything we needed for our family of 8. Our favorite place to hang out was the backyard lanai, love this area!! All the beach gear provided made our trips to the beach extra amazing and the scooter and the bike kept the kids busy when at the house. Katya was very quick to respond to all messages, and a very accommodating host!!!

Home was very clean, and everything easy to find. We did have an issue with the newer refrigerator, but a mini fridge was delivered the next day and then a service man came the following day. Kate was quick to reply to messages. Loved having a garage to park our vehicles in. The pool is great and clean. The neighborhood is nice, but the location is farther than we wanted from the areas that we wanted to visit. We had never been to this area, so it was our fault for not knowing that the beaches we were after were quite a haul for us. Overall a nice, clean and well equipped home.

This place was exactly what our group needed for our stay at Sarasota. Everything was very clean with great detail and they left some snacks for us which was a great surprise. There was so much to do at the house and the hosts were always very responsive.

We enjoyed the space with our entire extended family to celebrate our parents’ retirement. It was exactly what we needed for 8 adults and 7 children under the ages of 13! The kids had plenty to do, the breaches weren’t too far away, we explored the amazing mall and St. Armands when it rained and were grateful for the beach amenities they had to offer so we didn’t have to bring a ton of our own! The backyard was private and full of fun. (The airport is VERY close though!)

Alvena is a very kind and gracious host! The house was very clean and we appreciated that it was catered to families. My three small kids enjoyed the few toys and we were so appreciative of the high chair, pack n play, and beach supplies. The house is 20min from Lido Beach which made it easy for us to trek over for a couple hours one of our days. Would recommend!

We've booked a lot of Airbnb, this one has been the best. The house was very clean and felt like home. We felt very comfortable the entire stay and took advantage of the game room in the evening.

This location is halfway between coastal attractions (beach and downtown) and inland attractions (golf, Lakewood Ranch, I-75). It's also near 2-3 east-west roads in Sarasota. Excellent. Listing is realistic, not exaggerated. It's a well-equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction stove and a large enough fridge and freezer for nearly any purpose. Good counter space and many helpful supplies and "tools" Bedroom area is large, bathroom is huge, shower is enormous, access is ez. I've stayed in tiny units and i've had faux kitchens. This is neither and with a strong host nearby. I'm tiring of long-distance hosts and corporate hosts. As a host Mariele offers proximity, professionalism, and personality too. Within reason she's on the side of the guest. Recommended listing.

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Anubuy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Just returned from a great stay at Hannah and Helen's place. Location was extremely convenient to IMG, great restaurants, and our excursions to the beach. While in a large community, the property was quiet, well kept, and felt safe. The unit was perfect for three of us, allowing plenty of space to gather and not feel 'too cramped.' Hannah was a tremendous communicator- we discovered one minor issue with the dishwasher, and she was extremely responsive, arranging for it to be repaired within hours of reaching out to her. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Bradenton!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

If you are looking for a place in Sarasota with everything you need closed to you like restaurants, dinner, food shopping etc at just minutes from siesta key then this is the place. Very clean and definitely what you see in pictures is what you getting. I stay here with m wife and two kids, we are very happy with pick this place, will definitely book again.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

Lovely little spot to stay. Very clean, peaceful and quiet. I found the location to be great also. Close to a lot of stuff.
