A short walk to the beach.There is free on street parking with scratch cards that we provide in the W zones which are within a 5min walk from the flat. There is a pub directly opposite which at weekends you may experience some noise

Parking is offered on a first come first served basis on our private car park. free scratch cards for on street parking are also included. Situated on the 1st floor, accessed by lift or stairs.

Dryden Cottage, Whitby Harbour - Beach side

This cottage is all about the view! Beach-side location at the base of the 199 steps - perfect for exploring the beautiful historic town of Whitby. Browse in the eclectic independent shops and sample the finest seafood in the local eateries. Walk up to the abbey, stroll along the piers and collect fossils from the beach, take a ride on the steam train to the neighbouring villages and explore the moors. Please note due to the beach side location of the cottage, there is unfortunately no parking.

The Chapter House is a spacious and quirky Grade II listed cottage nestled in the heart of Whitby. The house started life in 1891 as a church Vestry and retains much of its original character. Please note, the church which it was part of is now a cafe and music venue. The accommodation comprises a comfortable open-plan lounge and kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. From the bedroom, there are views of the abbey and St Mary's church and it is just a 2-minute stroll down to the picturesque harbour with its independent shops and many bistros. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

Saltwick cottage, a traditional grade II listed fisherman’s cottage. Private garden, right in the heart of the old town. Few minutes from the beach’s. Cafes, restaurants and bakery all within 2 minutes walk. Situated off the cobbled Church Street. up a quiet yard. The cottage is peaceful and quiet. Stable door opens into the garden. First floor is a light airy double bedroom, bathroom. Second floor is twin bedroom and snug with views. Steps up to the cottage.
