The generous gardens to three sides are south-west facing and can be bathed in glorious sunshine all day long. This cosy 180 year old stone built character cottage has been recently renovated and furnished to a very high standard with a traditional look, but with excellent modern conveniences and accessories. Welcome to our stone cottage built in the 1700's with modern amenities including our spacious hot tub. Situated in the heart of the peak district, close by to Castleton, Edale, Buxton, & Tideswell. The cottage is situated in Peak forest, within close proximity to the village pub, less than half a mile. The cottage has 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom, at downstairs toilet, a dining room & a living room equipped with a log burner. Both bedrooms & living rooms have TV's hooked up with available apps.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Tucked away in a peaceful location above the lovely village of Tideswell, West View Cottage is the perfect base to relax and explore the beautiful Peak District. Newly renovated, this self contained, cosy annexe is a light and welcoming space with its own entrance at the back of our family home. It has beautiful views across the valley but is within a short walk of excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe. Walking and cycling from the door or a short drive to all the Peak District attractions.

Dog friendly 🐕 Sunnyside was built in 1840, newly renovated, the property has flagged floors downstairs and floorboards upstairs. Quirky and cosy! Open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs. Gas fuelled stove, in addition to central heating. Upstairs, one double bedroom plus a separate dressing room. Bathroom has shower over small bath. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing break where your dog is welcome too!
