The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

Appletree Cottage a country home

Appletree cottage is a Grade II listed, newly restored country building in the stunning Suffolk village of Chelsworth. Self contained and private, ideal for a weekend away, or longer stay. With a sunny south facing window seat and view into the garden. Our beautiful rural location is a perfect base to explore Suffolk. There are riverside walks or over the fields to the surrounding villages. Historic Lavenham is 5 miles away. A highly awarded pub a 5 minute walk and village shop 2 miles.

The Old Dairy Luxury self-catering annexe

The Old Dairy is a refurbished and modern annexe attached to a traditional Suffolk Farmhouse. We are set in beautiful gardens up a long private lane. The annexe is accessed via a private patio overlooking a moat and gardens. The setting is very peaceful. We are surrounded by farmland and footpaths. It’s the ideal location for a romantic getaway or for friends to use as a base to explore Constable country and the many cycle routes, footpaths & pubs. A private patio is perfect for Summer BBQs.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

The Old Meeting House: historic 2-bed cottage

The Old Meeting House is a beautiful, quirky and lovingly restored Grade II listed cottage just off the Market Place in the historic village of Bildeston. It is thought to be one of the oldest buildings still standing in the village, at one time a medieval council meeting house during the height of the East Anglian wool trade. With an array of period features, and nestled in the tranquility of the Suffolk countryside, it is a place to relax, recuperate, unwind and explore.

The lodge is well equipped with everything you need, including coffee machine, smart TV ,large fridge freezer with water & ice dispenser, barbeque , pizza oven and outdoor fire pit .About a 20 min walk into Hadleigh, which has a selection of pubs and restaurants.
