Our bright, handicap accessible and child-friendly penthouse apartment offers the highest living comfort and first-class equipment on about 91 m². We can provide an internet connection as well as a travel baby bed/high chair for the youngest. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people and is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building that can be easily reached by elevator. With the sunny roof terrace and the central location, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired.

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Cozy apartment in the Mangfall Valley

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfall Valley in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

The comfortable apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, small children's room and large balcony is ideal for families. A shared garden with barbecue facilities can be used. Your car is on the property in the carport. Free use of washing machine and dryer Marschall is a small village near Holzkirchen, ideal for trips to Munich or the Alpine foothills.
