The popular bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are also nearby. Munich and Rosenheim can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our apartment offers 64 m² of space for 2-4 people and extends over the ground floor of our former family home (built in 1950). Located in a quiet village, the 2.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It has a large garden and is an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.
